We suggest the following to ensure you enjoy the best possible experience with us
BOOKING ADVICE AND GUIDELINES
For your comfort we suggest you arrive at least five minutes before the scheduled start of your treatment.
Regretfully, late arrival for your appointment may constitute a reduced treatment time.
All prices are inclusive of VAT at 20% and are subject to change without prior notice.
All times quoted include treatment, preparation time and consultation.
Treatments and facilities are not suitable for under-12s.
Every effort will be made to provide you with your preferred therapist but cannot be guaranteed.
To ensure a relaxing atmosphere please turn off your mobile phone during your visit.
HELPFUL TIPS
Do not have any heat treatments before or after waxing, this includes sunbeds, steam, swimming and sunbathing.
Please remove jewellery before treatments.
Do bring open toed shoes to wear after a pedicure treatment.
Any hair removal should be done at least 24 hours before a tan. Do not wear deoderant and wear dark loose clothing.
Before a manicure treatment it is advisable to pay and take your car keys out of your handbag.
Try not to eat a large meal just before a massage or body treatment.
