RETURNS AND REFUNDS

 

Any product supplied by us will be of satisfactory quality, fit for intended purpose, and will conform to the description given on the website.
You have the right to cancel your order within 14 working days from the day after you receive your order and receive a full refund even if the product is not defective.
We hope that you will be happy with your purchase from us, if not you are entitled to a full refund provided you notify us in writing within 14 working days starting the day after you receive your product, this can be by letter or email. In order to receive a refund you must have taken care of the product, must be in its original packaging and not been used or damaged.
You will be responsible for the cost of returning the product to us, unless it is faulty or incorrect. Please return the product in suitable packaging to ensure it reaches us in good condition.
We will refund the purchase price of any goods returned no later than 14 working days after receipt of the returned item. Please note that if you fail to take reasonable care of returned products, or fail to return the product to us, we will be entitled to make a claim against you for any loss we suffer.
